general working environment is great. For day to day interactions all staff/management are equally approachable and helpful and will generally make time to add value. Great people, highly qualified and capable staff.

Cons

unfortunately there is an 'us and them' attitude with respect to being an 'Associate or shareholder' or not, this has implications which at times can be disheartening for those thinking we're all working to the same end.
