Pros

- Very steady. People are nice. - I recall they had a policy where no one really got laid off during a downturn. Everyone just took a pay cut.

Cons

- Granted I was one year out of university but the work wasn't terribly challenging - Slow pace for someone more used to faster environments - I caught a couple of my bosses looking for other jobs on monster.com

Pros

Decent wage, great relaxed working conditions, professional development program support, engineers australia subscriptions, good atmosphere and supportive culture, approachable upper management.

Cons

job stability, I joined up in 2012 and in 2013 Hatch Australia underwent a massive downsizing due to a lack of work. It wasn't unexpected, but needed to inform staff more.
