Pros

Close group of people, good diversity of projects, best talent in the area and a casual environment.

Cons

Growing pains which is completely normal for successful start ups. Have to wear many hats due to being understaffed.

Pros

Talented group of professionals passionate about creating innovative, quality products. Fun working environment with beautiful San Luis Obispo as your backdrop. Competitive salaries and better benefits offered since employee count has grown. Great working relationship between management and employees. Feedback is always welcomed and 1:1 sessions with management happen every week. Company culture supports work/life balance. Management is understanding and willing to work with your schedule, which is helpful for working parents.

Cons

Open work environment. Makes it very difficult to have a conversation with clients, when the entire office can hear. Resourcing can be a challenge for development and design. At times, there's a lot of cooks in the kitchen, causing unclear direction and miscommunications.

Pros

Everyone works together, without politics, to get the best work done with greatest client satisfaction. It is a highly collaborative company with clear values. The company is aggressive and really strives to be on the cutting edge creatively and technologically. One thing to really admire is that the company is always willing to improve and learn from the mistakes. The instinct is support not blame.

Cons

The company is growing fast and the pressure to keep growing is there but then again, what do you expect.
