Pros

Nice Culture, low drama, everyone works together pretty well. Pride in product is apparent. People appreciate each other and their input is generally heard. Lots of company lunches and snacks. Events and parties are fun.

Cons

Usual agency issues. Some big Egos, some cry babies.. Not more than you would expect though. Much less drama than there could be. Can be a bit Bro-ish.

Very strong strategic capabilities that can deliver across all functions. This helps set up disciplined digital creative design and engineering. Strong management team that is committed to client success.

Cons

Work life balance can lean on the work side but that is true for most good agencies.

Pros

Great people, very open minded leadership, Central Coast based with offices in SF, wide array of clients spanning most verticals.

Cons

Moves very fast, you should be ok with change and being a change maker. Need to be comfortable creating, leading, and writing your own job manual.
