There are some really nice people to work with but the upper management is horrible.

Cons

If you get into the asset management team, the max you can be there is for 2 years, because once you near the promotion, they fire you and hire someone from scratch. They will fire you just when you are about to finish the 2 year mark so that they can take back all the 401K they have given you. DO NOT BOTHER JOINING THE ASSET MANAGEMENT TEAM.
