The company is very nice. They treat you well. The commissions amount are OK.

Cons

I can only speak for the community. I ended up at in Conroe Texas, but they’re really dishonest about what you’re going to be selling. I was told I’ll be selling new homes which is true but also refurbished homes but they were basically trailers from like the 70s that were full of roaches and other things it was horrible

A lot of growth, new communities are added quite often. The bonus structure is attainable compared to other companies. The company truly cares about you and the properties they own.

Cons

None that I can think of at the moment.

Pros

Everyone was very personable, They gave you the tools to succeed. Great communication. Good benefits and time off. I lined the fact that you could talk to the CEO and the COO/ President or any of the directors of any department and get treated with respect.

Cons

Need more associates to accomplish their goals.
