Pros

Small company so it is easy to get to know everyone that works there and there are many great people who work there.

Cons

Culture is one that unless you work there more than 10 years you are not part of the team. Performance is not managed at all and even those that perform well get the same increases as those who are not, unless one of the executives likes you and then you get whatever you want. In addition, the management team is really out of touch with the employees. There is a real gap between the pay and incentives the executive team gets compared to the rest of the employees.

Great company to work for, above average for both pay and benefits. Management takes action on poor performers and recognizes good employees. Solid business model for longevity and growth!

Cons

Could have a stronger marketing strategy on their positive image, still seems to be relatively unknown for a company in business over 75 years.
