      Pros

      Training opportunities are immense. Have never had that level of access to In-class as well as on-line training in whatever subject area you wanted to access. This included training outside of your chosen area of vocation.

      Cons

      Old non-integrated systems; An office culture that demonstrably shows a lack of engagement by Corporate members throughout the majority of the organization.

      Pros

      The only thing I can think of is that because it is one of the larger employers in a small town it is good to work here if you don't want to move.

      Cons

      Due to the poor leadership skills of all levels of management we end up dealing with many operational issues causing stress to deal with constant crisis situations
