The hourly people and decent people.
Cons
Lack of leadership most managers have no clue how to do the job they are managing. Th er you treat people like robots. They continously work employees 58 hours every week. They have policies that never get followed and they are willing to work people til they drop. If you get injured because of work conditions they treat you poorly and throw accusations towards you. Will not follow any work restrictions placed by company doctors. Plant managers and hrc reps care so little for the empoyees.they push you to know company values that they themselves do not care about. Executive management pushes the management to practice this way of operating.
