The pay and benefits are very good.

Cons

Very, very UNORGANIZED and high turnover! The cannot keep supervisors or production team members for this reason. It is dirty and training is almost obsolete. I am looking for other employment at the first of the year!

They have money to do things if they see it valuable. Office building is very nice.

Cons

Leadership is archaic and leads with a heavy fist. No healthy conflict in this organization. Collaboration meetings are a waste as leader just does what they are told because they're all paranoid about losing their job.
