Haworth reviews

This company like a lot of Michigan companies are stuck in prehistoric times. Manufacturing practices and a lot of talk without implementation. I am glad I did not get hired at Haworth this is a sinking ship..... My current role and opportunities are way beyond what they could offer. Good luck to those who talk about innovation but have no clue. For a long term career path pass on this one.

Management, management, management. Managers will use you for their own career advancement. Once used up, they will use the power of the PIP to force you out the door. Don’t be honest with a single manager at that company. Your honesty is their weapon against you. Just keep your resume up to date. Smile and nod at them from time to time but don’t give them any ammo to use against you.
