      Underpaid and treated like a school child

      Pros

      It's a global company (although there is no exposure to other offices) Wide variety of product Does some interesting research

      Cons

      Significantly underpaid degree qualified staff Lack of strong management Lack of understanding of financial implications / cost of jobs No efforts to train staff or get them involved in development activities Very American style of management - do as I say and don't ask questions

      Pros

      Sure is a good group of people, having a starbuck cafe here doesn't hurt either. Management is focused on a culture of accountability and they don't shy away from saying that - refreshing! Constantly reinventing ourselves. Values based organization - not many companies can truly say that! You feel like you are part of something bigger!

      Cons

      Still a ways to go to be connected across the business groups...

      Pros

      Salary is good,people are great. Overall just a great place to work. Bonus payouts have been really spectacular. Going in the right direction, for management to be more open with the members on the floor.

      Cons

      Not enough time for training new temps or hires, not getting all the correct tools to get the job done properly. Not getting enough input from members, when they want to make a change.
