      Pros

      big family,lot of opportunities,a lot of different jobs that you can learn and be signed off,you do not have to have a college degree to get somewhere with this company.

      Cons

      communication could be a lot better,HR needs to have better knowledge and work more with members, Benefits are decent but I am sure for the size of company Haworth it there is better and cheaper out there

      Pros

      The only thing I can think of is that because it is one of the larger employers in a small town it is good to work here if you don't want to move.

      Cons

      Due to the poor leadership skills of all levels of management we end up dealing with many operational issues causing stress to deal with constant crisis situations
