      Easy as cake. They give you easy jobs, you perform them, they are happy. Not difficult at all. Nice people

      Stand on your feet the whole time. Working on the moving line can be stressful until you get the hang of it.

      Incredible potential to bring greater value to customers and real innovation to the market. Great changes made since 2004. Enormous opportunity to be a true leader.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic. Unable to reinvent itself, break free of past and really shift old paradigms. A lot is said that is good but the actions do not seem to go far enough.
