      Pros

      Ability to learn all system and programs. The flexibility on the office. In office I have had the opportunity to learn all kinds of systems to provide support.

      Cons

      The raises are very poor. The factory workers are treated poorly and unfairly. Haworth relies to much on a degree when they should focus on the ambitious worker who wants to learn.

      The health insurance and the people with whom I worked.

      Cons

      Something happened but I'm not sure what it was. It's clear that this company is not what it used to be. The respect and value once placed on members seems to have faded. I used to be proud to work for Haworth but now I'm proud that I don't.
