Interesting products that remain competitive in an evolving industry. Flexibility to work remotely. Reasonably good benefits. Pockets of talented, engaged co-workers.

Cons

Confusing organizational structure that can't effectively support creativity or innovation. Lack of decision-making autonomy. Low tolerance for risk-taking and critique of current operations. Lack of leadership transparency and alignment. Mediocre ideas and people prevail. Poor management of HR functions and benefits. Cut-throat politics.
