      The people you work with are incredible overall, great values, spirit and work ethic. The family values are still held in high regard by many.

      Cons

      As with any large company their are people who do not embody those same characteristics aligned with the core company values.

      Pros

      This is such a great company that has a great "small company" feel despite global scale and success. They have come along way over the past couple of decades as a true force to be reckoned with in the market (where they used to be looked at as an underdog compared to their main competitors long ago). Innovative, great people, incredible benefits. I loved working for and dealing with this organization!

      Cons

      The company often promotes those with tenure over some others who have proven to excel in skill set, experience and talent. Sadly, this has lead some to the competition.
