Positive culture supports work/life balance. Company is constantly improving product line, design, and value-add services. Pay was decent for front line manufacturer sales in the senior role.

Cons

Sometimes, there's too much "life" in the work/life balance and it's difficult for field sales to get things done internally in a timely manner. "West Michigan Nice" can sometimes translate into "West Michigan Passive-Aggressive."
