Great product portfolio and great group of people in the field. Committed to the sector of commercial office interiors

Cons

Leadership is totally disconnected from the reality that field sales deal with every day. Changes to structure and comp plan have not been in the best interest of the members. Career path seems to consist of being there a long time and knowing the right people, rather than based on ability or potential.
