Pros

Family owned and very warm company. Privately-owned. The corporate culture is wonderful. The leadership believes in transparency and being helpful. They pay sales people very well and have wonderful benefits and incentives.

Cons

Haworth has a lot of irons in the fire and can be a little difficult to navigate. Luckily there are alot of wonderful people to point you in the right direction.
