Pros

Nice office. Good insurance. Flexible work hours. Scheduled work at home allowed.

Cons

Goal setting, day-to-day tasks, one-on-ones, performance checks, performance reviews, resource allocation, not always aligned well.

Pros

You’re lucky if you like your team members.

Cons

A lot of seniority. Work demands can be cruel and inhumane but they still expect you to do it even if it hurts because you must “be a team player” regardless of a Dr note or disability. The managers just hide for most of their shift. Everything is outdated and only the corporate side gets new and improved technology. Haworth doesn’t give back to their employees. If they see you miss or late a lot, they’ll give you the hard jobs till you quit.
