People on the team and benefits like PTO/ Vacation

Cons

Penny pinching limits investment in needed employee training. Subpar and/or nonexistent benefits for paid maternity/paternity leave (only 2 weeks paid + STD compared to 6 elsewhere at direct competitors like sc and hm), adoption assistance, elder care, childcare discounts, bereavement leave, holidays, etc. Limited remote work allowed.
