The people and experiences at Haworth are unbeatable - it's a lovely place to work.

Cons

It is very tough to increase your pay while working there - you essentially have to leave and come back. This is very frustrating.

There is no pro to be honest. The company doesn't respect it's people or it's customers.

Cons

1. Harassment abound, wherein people are encouraged to stay quiet and any effort to get things sorted is met with stiff resistance, arm twisting, and even disciplinary actions. Not an appropriate place for women to work safely and securely. 2. No work life balance 3. Full politics. No regard for merit. HR is non-existent, with full incentive for bosses to indulge in whatever they feel like (including misbehavior with their juniors)
