      Hawthorne is a great company that rewards hard work and dedication. Not many people my age can say they've worked at the same employer for the majority of their career, I credit this to the opportunities that have been awarded to me through the years.

      Cons

      We've come a long way as an organization. I'm very proud of the company this has become.
