3yWe appreciate your candor and the fact that you feel like Hawthorne is a good place to work. We do regret that your management and leadership experience was not also positive. We are working on implementing more manager and leadership training as well as structured processes and procedures that will hopefully create a consistent environment across the organization. We also encourage employees to elevate concerns within leadership in their own group or if not comfortable with that approach to bring it to the attention of the HR Team.
