Pros

Benefits, sometimes pizza for lunch.

Cons

Low pay compared to surrounding counties, OPR clerk’s have to use their own car and gas money to cover substations (the furthest one being Dripping Springs which is an hour drive with traffic), concerns you may have usually fall into deaf ears. This office is one of the offices in Hays County with the highest turnover rate.
