Good company with inside issues

Pros

Great benefits and lunch available to purchase with discount in cafeteria (nice not o bring lunch), free coffee.

Cons

Will NOT work with employee disabilities in 'higher positions', you will be fired for "unrealated reasons" after requesting disability accommodation, no matter how simple; Check how many reports have been filed to Kansas Human Rights. Management decisions too split- need one manager for everyone, stop the micro managing.

Pros

Great nurses. Most patient care staff are pleasant and helpful.

Cons

Administration, all about numbers and everything else be damned. The CEO isn't even present on a day-to-day basis. They don't work to retain good physicians.
