Pros

Benefits package is very good.

Cons

Currently working in middle management and that means very little here, except approving time off requests and doing employee reviews. There is no strategic planning whatsoever, other then shipping orders. There is also no culture, just a default one that seems to exist - which is a bad one. Stupid people thrive while the smart ones are the only ones held accountable. Communication is also a huge issue. We went from departments to "value streams" and that didn't change or affect any communication issues.

Pros

Always pushing us to go that extra mile through motivation! Great company to work for.

Cons

Needs better training for new employees, however training is good but could be a lot better.
