      Good group of people with a can do attitude. Proud to be British in a company with over 200 years heritage.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership and direction. Bully culture. Lack of strategy, lots of poor decisions made, no consultation or involvement.

      Great progression opportunities for ambitious people. Good culture of diversity Multi-National company with opportunities to diversify your role Up-beat working environment with an active social calendar.

      Cons

      The current Climate in the oil and gas industry has hampered the suggested growth of the company, I believe more time should be spent investigating other markets and products to which Hayward Tyler can utilise its 200 year old engineering heritage.

      Having started my job just over one year ago, I can only say great things so far. There is a dynamic and diverse environment and i feel constantly challenged by work, which has helped me learn and progress quickly. Hayward Tyler is a good place to learn, grow and develop. Pros: - good benefits, - good working hours, - supportive management, -career progression.

      Cons

      On occasion, the workload can be overwhelming.
