      Lovely ordinary people and good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Bullying was a problem for quite some time. Run by consultants who had no real interest for the employees and the company per se.

      Relies on UK manufacturing opportunities to generate revenue, UK GOV support in recent years and development in UK nuclear will support growth of the business over the next 10-20 years.

      A long established company that offers employees excellent training and development, a suite of superb benefits, competitive pay and flexible/hybrid working for suitable roles. Working environment is friendly with a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      The building is now very old and could do with updating, but this is currently being considered.
