      Good Health Insurance, paid time off, nice homes, nice office building , diverse individuals and staff. Growing agency if manage properly.

      Cons

      Lack of training when you join the organization, self taught,. No cohesiveness. Executives need to be trained on work culture and Human relations. Too much favoritism.
