      Pros

      helping individuals with TBI's and establishing relationships with consumers. Going to outings with consumers. flexible schedules- good for students!

      Cons

      the pay, I have a CNA certification (7+ years of clinical experience) and an associates degree and i am receiving a BA in less than 2 months, despite experience/education pay was still $12.

      The pay,the pay,the pay.Staff shortages are frequent,the company is slow to hire,waits until its critical Low level supervisors have a lot of responsibility,do the best they can.Lack of common sense in upper management. They move the clients around to suit their needs,not the clients needs.There is only 1 vision,that's the CEO's.who is not who you have listed here. The person listed here is the chairman of the board of directors..

      The consumers and the friendships you forge with good people that truly care!

      When the CEO drives a Ferrari and has swanky places in the hamptons and in manhattan, seems quite pretentious and shows absolutely no respect for her employees!
