Pros

A great company to work for! I used to be an intern at Pavia Systems and now I am a full-time employee. Excellent culture, great team communication, exceptional management and team leadership and great work-life balance.

Cons

Parking is limited! but the company covers a great transportation benefits.

Good location of office right downtown

growing pains, trying to figure out how to scale, looking for talented people to fill the gaps, no 401k match but other benefits are comparable to technology companies.
