Pros

The culture at Pavia is clearly one where people come first. The team, bottom to top, clearly cares about eachother and genuinely enjoys being part of something important together. This is also a place where the tech doesn't wither on the vine, but gets used everyday making a real impact on the world. The company is only as strong as the people that work there, and the team is incredible which means the sky's the limit for what comes next.

Cons

The current office location is a challenge with large tech companies congesting the area and only a few food options within walking distance.

Pavia Systems has moved! We are now located on 4th and Blanchard close to downtown Seattle with great food options nearby and all within walking distance.

Great management that supports and empowers their employees. For a small company, Pavia offers amazing benefits that are almost unheard of for a company of its size.

Cons

Currently located off Westlake Avenue with no coffee and food options nearby.
