It could be an incredible company given the right leadership.

Cons

They 1099 illegally. The management has never been in management before so they really don't know what they are doing. The president hides his lack of management by blowing hard in a passive aggressive, demeaning ways. The job was nothing as advertised or shared in the interview. A complete and utter set up for failure. According to the one long-term employee, there have been six people in the position in seven years. Crazy making at its finest.
