Pros
This is a fast-moving place full of folks who are smart and dedicated. I've found that there is no job that is too big, but there are also no job too small. Everyone is expected to be both strategic and tactical. When you contribute, the culture of the place is that you get recognized. People give each other credit where credit is due. It is a refreshing atmosphere.
Cons
If you aren't someone who is ready to contribute at all levels (both strategic and very tactical) then you won't like this place. We are making a lot of big decisions and that requires a lot of detailed work behind the scenes. No one is above creating the spreadsheet/ trello board/ setting up the meeting - but also, leadership defaults to trust.
