Pros

Extremely nice and knowledgeable employees, with a service and can-do approach to everything. Magnificent use of the latest technologies to serve our clients -- mostly people doing site inspections in the field. Fun and wholesome atmosphere!

Cons

None at all in my experience.

Great work life balance. Fun company culture, the team is very committed to overall success. Very customer centric. The Leadership is accessible and open to new ideas, input is highly encouraged.

Cons

Currently they don't have a 401k match but hopefully that will change.
