      Headspace is full of amazing people that are full of drive and curiosity. The mission-driven culture aligns the team. We're growing quickly, but we are putting a lot of care into how we grow and the impact we have on the people who are impacted by our product and our organization. Headspace is a great place to work if you're looking to be inspired by the work you do and the people you work with on a daily basis.

      Fast growth can be a double-edge sword. its both exciting, but tumultuous at times. Come prepared for change

      Amazing Facilities. Excellent Staff. Exciting Mission

      Lack of true investment and extreme shortsightedness around growing the consumer side of the global brand Marketing and Content (outside of app) has truly taken a nosedive over the last 2 quarters

      Pros

      Smart and creative people, PTO, great office, catered lunches and fun culture. There are a lot of really great people here that are inspiring all of us to stay creative and make the app successful. Great health insurance and paid time off.

      Cons

      It's still a job, but overall you're able to have a life outside of work and enjoy your career.
