      Pros

      The people at Headspace are easily the best part of working here. Every single person I've worked closely with has been hard-working and kind. The space itself is lovely; the company culture encourages whole body health. They serve healthy lunch, provide a gym membership, and even onsite workouts. I can't speak highly enough of the organization.

      Cons

      I don't think there are serious downsides to working for Headspace. Nothing is perfect, but I wake up excited to go to work every day (even Monday) and that is something special.

      - Insanely smart, friendly, and collaborative team - Management is supportive; encourages transparency and trust - Creative autonomy encouraged at team and individual levels - Clear opportunities to grow and build a career within the organization - Work that matters - we are improving the health and happiness of the world - Excellent work/life balance - Beautiful, clean, and open office - Emphasis on healthy lifestyle - catered lunch, daily meditations, etc. - Ability to openly share feedback and influence the product - Great compensation, benefits, and overall employment package - A feeling of excitement when you walk in the doors on Monday morning - Warm fuzzies when you see how our product impacts the lives of ours users

      Cons

      - A bit of growing pain as the company works through its "teenage years" (to be expected, and the team honestly does a great job mitigating)
