      Great pay Time off when needed Working from home

      Cons

      Manager was horrible. Liked to over talk everyone on the team and act like he knew it all. Very micro managing to everyone on the team. After they merged with headspace, the therapy team became an afterthought. Felt as if we were no longer important Kept taking benefits from the therapists and wanting us to see more and more clients

      Great benefits and mission-driven work that makes you feel good about what you accomplish every day.

      Cons

      Cultural toxicity increased measurably since the merger. For a company that has done a lot of good work on diversity, the micro-aggressions that seem to be permissible are palpable.

      Pros

      Great Mission, Great benefits, Good Culture, Awesome leadership, Visionary Org, Good people, policies are fair, They treat their employees like family. Solutions is needed in the workplace and their client retention and member engagement levels are second to none. Headspace is an incredible org.

      Cons

      There is good amount of work, BUT it's all for a worthy cause and compensation is excellent. I feel like my contribution is important to our mission. I really don't have any cons. Love Headspace !
