      Great pay & incentives, Secondary Trauma

      Pros

      Great pay, great team, lots of perks and incentives. For the right people the hours with coaching can be nice. 4 10 hr work days. Positive culture overall.

      Cons

      Did not expect the level of secondary trauma I would be exposed as a remote coach, or the challenge of having to provide active coaching to multiple members at once. This can be very stressful.
