Great company that still has some "Startup" hiccups.

They value employee input, and, while it can take time to implement changes, your voice IS heard and change IS implementedExcellent health benefits plus GTU shares and yearly raises.

Cons

Patience and perseverance are required while awaiting changes. Vacation, which used to "unlimited" along with sick time are now limited due to the massive growth and international job cuts.

Pros

In my career I've had the opportunity to work at companies with deep pockets and rocket ship trajectories that didn't have a lot to offer the world. Headspace is such a refreshing change because the work we do actually helps people on a daily basis. Being able to anchor in that mission helps get through the bad days, and feels incredibly rewarding on the good ones. Feels like we're heading towards something really special here. Also a huge fan of mind days and the really thoughtful benefits package.

Cons

Lots of post-merger shuffling (getting better); compensation not terribly competitive vs. other tech companies (which can make it difficult to hire); standard resourcing challenges common among non-FAANG companies
