      Pros

      Colleagues are down to earth, empathetic and fun to work with. Benefits and autonomy are a huge deal. The work is great. The product is amazing. Amazing opportunity in the market.

      Cons

      Leadership changes over the years have not been great. We are finally in a place where we have the right people we need. Moving up from an IC has been tough.
