      Incredibly bright team with a strong connection to Headspace that compensates handsomely Takes care of their employees' wellness and lifestyles

      Cons

      Still has the feel of a smaller, early-stage startup with some growing pains that come with it If you like working cross-functionally and are inspired by the mission of Headspace, then it's the place for you C-Level Executives often time seem as distant as members of the board

      Approachable, friendly and professional employees who work hard to get the job done efficiently, and provide a warm, calm working environment.

      My experience at Headspace was incredibly enjoyable, I have no cons to report.

      + Office space is open, welcoming, and friendly. + Colleagues are great, management cares about employees + Work-culture is strong, everyone is invested in the product + Weekly company lunches, as well as a variety of clubs (movies, basketball, etc.)

      - It's hard to pinpoint any, the company does a great job taking care of its employees
