      Pros

      I had an incredible growth experience at this company. It attracts a lot of diverse and talented people. Amazing brand and a fun product to work on. Generous work/life balance. Kind people. I had two managers while I was there that were incredibly kind and helpful. I always had teams that were very collaborative and understanding.

      Cons

      Lots of growing pains over the last several years. Many bad decisions. Slow to build and slow to experiment. Often promote lowest preformers. But they still have accomplished so much and will make it through with the new services they are launching.
