Many rounds of layoffs and they got rid of Minddays. Next comes RTO.

We get every other Friday off. It's an amazing perk, and really encourages me to live life to the fullest while also enjoying work. The coworkers are often very passionate about their jobs.

Cons

Disorganized leadership, lack of clear vision and goals. But this is getting better with our new CEO.

Incredible mission driven company to work for. Grew a lot in my leadership role. Worked everyday with incredible people.

Cons

I was part of the layoffs back in January- and leadership took a real turn truly making decisions that snowballed into the gutter. It wasn't the same company after 4 years (which is to be expected) but unfortunately started going the other way once the merger happened. I believe in this company long term no doubt!
