Cons

- Pathetic Employee Satisfaction. Slowly most employee benefits are withdrawn - Growth is project specific. If you change too many projects, forget any growth - Renumeration & hike below market standards - Some illogical paramters for appraisal process (for which employee doesnt have control on)
