      Pros

      Training opportunities, overseas deployment opportunities and a mix of diverse personalities and opinions. Very disciplined employees.

      Cons

      Work sometimes is scarce, resources are mostly benched due to this lack of work. More of these would let the employee consider looking for work from other projects within Headstrong, or from other companies.
