      Pros

      Nice to work in a healthcare setting that is not a part of a huge healthcare organization.

      Cons

      Awful all the way from the executive team to middle management. You will not be treated with respect or as a professional. Constantly micromanaged. Voice not heard. All anyone cares about is pleasing the client. Morale is very low it seems among everyone but upper management.

      Pros

      Working at Healics has given me countless opportunities for learning and growth. With paid time off, 401k, and other benefits, Healics takes care of its employees. The atmosphere in the office is always positive, fast-paced, and friendly.

      Cons

      If you are not used to a fast-paced setting and taking on a variety of projects, it will take some time for you to learn but you catch on quickly.

      As part of a growing company and an expanding team, I have been challenged in the most positive, fulfilling ways.

      One are for improvement is in the cultural differences post-merger.
