A brand new Healics

Pros

In the past year Healics has become employee owned and has brought in new leadership. It's like a different company. Communication has improved. The new president holds bi-monthly video forums. Positive changes that were long overdue are being made. There is a new level of energy that makes me excited for the future of this company. This is a place where I feel I can make a difference.

Cons

If you like status quo, this is not the place for you.

Nice management and easy to work with

Cons

Very few raises, no benefits for field staff, no room for growth, was hired full time, but they have never given me full time hours. Most management other than immediate managers have no idea who I even am.
